Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Egg whites About 10 egg whites
  • 1 cup Almond milk Or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh berries Optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, egg whites, almond milk, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Top with fresh berries if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For added flavor, try mixing in a tablespoon of peanut butter or add nuts for some crunch.
