  • 1 Mixing bowl For whisking egg whites
  • 1 Saucepan For heating the milk
  • 1 Whisk For mixing ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Egg whites Freshly separated
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Milk Whole milk preferred
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Gently fold the whisked egg whites into the milk mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into serving cups and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruits or mint.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute milk with almond milk.
