  • 1 Mixing bowl For mixing the batter
  • 1 8x8 inch baking pan For baking the brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour Sifted
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain
  • 1/4 cup Milk Any type
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add melted butter, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free substitutes for butter, yogurt, and milk.
