  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 Tongs For flipping zucchini slices

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Zucchini Cut into slices
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs For coating
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip zucchini slices in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry coated zucchini slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot as a delicious snack or side dish.

Notes

You can customize the seasoning of the breadcrumbs to suit your taste preferences.
