  • 1 Skillet For cooking the pork chops
  • 1 Baking sheet For roasting the vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 4 tbsp Butter Divided
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 Zucchini Sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers Sliced
  • 1 Red onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the seasoned pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • On a baking sheet, toss the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Notes

Feel free to customize the veggies with your favorite choices like broccoli, carrots, or squash.
