Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Sweet potatoes Peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
