Equipment

  • 1 Grill pan For cooking the chicken
  • 1 Mixing bowls For marinating the chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives Pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Tzatziki sauce Store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Divide cooked quinoa into two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize your Greek Chicken Bowls with additional toppings like hummus, roasted veggies, or pita bread.
