Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For grilling the sandwich
  • 1 Pot For boiling the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread Preferred type
  • 2 tbsp Butter Softened
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar, Swiss, or American
  • 2 Eggs Boiled and sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 9-12 minutes. Peel and slice.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place buttered side down on a clean surface, top with cheese slices and sliced boiled eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwich until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.

Notes

Experiment with different types of bread and cheese for a variety of flavors. Add tomato slices or avocado for an extra layer of taste and texture.
