Equipment

  • 1 Grill pan For grilling the chicken
  • 1 Bowl For marinating the chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken thighs Boneless, skinless, cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Cumin Ground
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Ground
  • 1 tsp Coriander Ground
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill the marinated chicken strips for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve with pita bread, garlic sauce, and your choice of vegetables.

Notes

For a more authentic taste, marinate the chicken overnight.
