Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts Sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked brown rice
  • 1 can Black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels Fresh or frozen
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Lime Cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken strips, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Divide cooked rice, black beans, corn, avocado, red onion, and cooked chicken among serving bowls.
  • Top with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
