Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian sausage Casing removed
  • 16 oz Gnocchi Precooked
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, spinach, gnocchi, and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving for extra flavor.
