This Kimchi Egg Sandwich is a fusion of flavors, combining the spiciness of kimchi with the richness of eggs, all nestled between slices of your favorite bread.

  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread Your choice of bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter For toasting bread
  • 4 Eggs Fried to preference
  • 1 cup Kimchi Chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  • In the same pan, fry the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing a layer of chopped kimchi on a slice of toasted bread.
  • Place one or two fried eggs on top of the kimchi, and cover with another slice of bread.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy Kimchi Egg Sandwich.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a slice of cheese or a dash of hot sauce.
