  • 1 Non-stick skillet For frying the pancake
  • 1 Mixing bowl For preparing the batter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kimchi Chopped
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Water Adjust if needed
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil For frying
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and soy sauce to form a smooth batter.
  • Add chopped kimchi to the batter and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it evenly to form a pancake.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with rice flour.
