Kimchi Udon Stir-Fry Recipe

Follow this recipe to prepare a delicious Kimchi Udon Stir-Fry, a popular Korean dish made with udon noodles stir-fried with kimchi and vegetables.

Equipment

  • 1 Wok For stir-frying
  • 1 Cooking spatula For tossing noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Udon noodles Cooked
  • 1/2 cup Kimchi Chopped
  • 1 cup Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snow peas) Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok, add minced ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add assorted vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
  • Add kimchi and udon noodles, toss well.
  • Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Serve hot garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes

For a spicier version, add Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) to the stir-fry.
