  • 1 Grill pan For grilling the beef
  • 1 Mixing bowl For preparing the marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Beef sirloin Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 piece Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, onion, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  • Add the sliced beef to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef in batches until cooked through.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
  • Serve hot with rice and kimchi on the side.

Notes

To add a touch of spice, include some gochujang (Korean chili paste) in the marinade.
