Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Toaster For toasting the bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slices of bread Preferably thick slices
  • 3 Eggs Large
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise For the sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey For the sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture.
  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, forming soft curds. Remove from heat while the eggs are still slightly runny.
  • Toast the bread slices to a golden brown using a toaster.
  • Mix mayonnaise and honey in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  • Spread the honey mayo sauce on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing the scrambled eggs between two slices of sauce-covered bread.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Korean Egg Drop Sandwich.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sprinkle chopped chives or parsley on the scrambled eggs.
