Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Ice-cold water
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil For deep frying
  • 1 Vegetables (such as sweet potato, zucchini, onion) Sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Squid Cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 1 pack Seaweed sheets Cut into rolls

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add ice-cold water and mix until smooth.
  • Set aside the batter while preparing the ingredients for frying.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pan.
  • Dip vegetables, squid rings, or seaweed rolls into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Carefully place the coated items into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauce or enjoy as is.
