  • 1 Large skillet For cooking bacon and eggs
  • 1 Bowl For mixing eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bacon Thick-cut
  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup Pure
  • 2 tbsp Chives Fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Drain excess bacon fat from the skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon.
  • Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until just set.
  • Divide the scrambled eggs between two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with crispy bacon slices, drizzle with maple syrup, and garnish with chopped chives.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your hearty breakfast bowl.

Notes
