  • 1 Mixing bowl To prepare the batter

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Dark chocolate Chopped
  • 100 g Butter Unsalted
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter Smooth
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease the ramekins.
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until thick.
  • Fold in the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture gently.
  • Sift flour and salt into the mixture and fold until combined.
  • Pour half of the batter into the ramekins, add a tablespoon of peanut butter in the center of each, and top with remaining batter.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.
  • Let cool for 1 minute, then invert cakes onto plates carefully.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For a twist, add a touch of sea salt on top before serving to enhance the flavor.
