Equipment

  • 1 Bundt pan For baking the Monkey Bread
  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Refrigerated biscuit dough Each can approx. 16 oz
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters.
  • Roll each piece of dough in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place in the bundt pan.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add brown sugar, and stir until dissolved.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the dough in the bundt pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dough is cooked through.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a plate.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins in between the layers of dough.
