Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice From about 4 lemons
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest From about 2 lemons
  • 2 cups Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can top the pie with additional whipped cream and lemon slices for garnish.
