Try this easy one-pan Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe for a delicious and healthy meal. Salmon fillets are cooked in a zesty lemon garlic sauce with fresh herbs.

  • 1 Large skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill Chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Pour lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve the Lemon Garlic Salmon hot with additional lemon slices.

Notes

You can add a splash of white wine for extra flavor.
