  • 1 Wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup White rice
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced Assorted colors
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is translucent.
  • Stir in bell peppers, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add white rice and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  • Check seasoning and adjust if needed. Serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like corn, peas, or carrots to customize the dish.
