Indulge in this no-bake Oreo Icebox Cake made with layers of creamy filling and Oreo cookies, chilled to perfection. A delicious and easy dessert for any occasion.

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 9x9 inch dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Oreo cookies Divided
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Reserve 6 Oreo cookies and crush the rest.
  • Dip the reserved Oreo cookies in milk and line them at the bottom of a dish.
  • Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  • Repeat layers with crushed Oreos and cream mixture, ending with a cream layer on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, crush the reserved Oreos and sprinkle on top for garnish.

Notes

For variations, try adding chocolate chips or drizzling chocolate sauce on top before serving.
