Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe peaches Peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens Such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey Or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced peaches, walnuts, red onion, and feta cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
