Ingredients
  

  • 1 Unbaked pie crust 9-inch
  • 1 cup Corn syrup Light or dark
  • 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 3 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/3 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Place the pecan halves into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Pour the filling mixture evenly over the pecans.
  • Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
  • Allow the pie to cool before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of bourbon to the filling mixture.
