Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, stir together the corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Place the pecan halves into the unbaked pie crust.
Pour the filling mixture evenly over the pecans.
Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
Allow the pie to cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of bourbon to the filling mixture.
