  • 1 Grater For grating the potatoes and onions
  • 1 Baking dish For baking the kugel

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large Potatoes Peeled and grated
  • 1 large Onion Grated
  • 3 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, beaten eggs, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  • Grease a baking dish with some oil and transfer the potato mixture into it.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or main course.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add some minced garlic or fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
