Equipment

  • 1 Blender For mixing the batter
  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana Ripe
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1/4 cup Protein powder Any flavor
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • as needed Cooking spray or oil For greasing the skillet

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add banana, eggs, protein powder, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  • Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as fruits, nut butter, or syrup.
