Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg Room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter Cold, cubed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
  • Using a fork or pastry cutter, mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the streusel topping over the cake batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add chopped nuts or dried fruits to the streusel topping for extra crunch and flavor.
