Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Unbaked 9-inch pie crust Homemade or store-bought

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  • Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 more minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a less sweet option, you can use unsweetened pumpkin puree and adjust the sweetness to taste.
