Equipment

  • 1 Large pot For boiling ramen noodles
  • 1 Frying pan For cooking bacon and sauce
  • 1 Tongs For mixing noodles with sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Ramen noodles Instant or fresh
  • 4 slices Bacon Chopped
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • optional Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly. Mix in beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese, stirring quickly to form a creamy sauce.
  • Add cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss with the sauce using tongs, ensuring noodles are well coated.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, use mushrooms instead of bacon and consider a plant-based Parmesan cheese alternative.
