Instructions
Stuff the chicken cavity with glutinous rice, ginseng, garlic, and jujubes.
Place the stuffed chicken in a large pot and add water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, skimming off any impurities.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For an additional flavor, you can add a few slices of ginger to the broth.
