  • 1 Muffin tin For baking the quiche cups
  • 1 Mixing bowl To mix the ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Sausage Ground
  • 6 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Bell pepper Diced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, bell pepper, shredded cheese, cooked sausage, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and the eggs are set.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to add other ingredients like spinach or mushrooms for added flavor and nutrition.
