  • 1 Muffin tin To bake the egg muffins
  • 1 Mixing bowl For mixing ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers Diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk.
  • Add spinach, bell peppers, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden.
  • Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or onions to suit your taste.
