  • 1 Rice Cooker For cooking rice
  • 1 Frying Pan For cooking eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice Uncooked
  • 2 pcs Eggs Large
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Low sodium
  • 2 stalks Scallions Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until whites are set but yolks are still runny.
  • Divide cooked rice into two bowls and drizzle with soy sauce.
  • Top each bowl with a fried egg and sprinkle with scallions, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a dash of sriracha or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
