Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Whisk For whisking the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk until well combined.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit for a few seconds without stirring.
  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, lifting and folding from the edges to the center until large curds form.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and remove from heat while eggs are still slightly runny.
  • Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a variation, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the eggs before drizzling with maple syrup.
