Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Whisk For beating the eggs
  • 1 Mixing bowl For preparing the egg mixture

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 1/4 cup Milk Or cream for extra richness
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Smoked salmon Sliced into strips
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chives Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add milk, and whisk until well combined.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit, without stirring, for a few seconds until it begins to set.
  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, forming soft curds. Cook until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny.
  • Add the smoked salmon strips and cook for another minute until the eggs are fully set and the salmon is heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the scrambled eggs immediately, garnished with chopped chives.

Notes

For an added touch, serve with toasted bread or bagels.
