Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas) Sliced or chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey Or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  • Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add the mixed vegetables.
  • Stir fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Pour the prepared sesame ginger sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve the Sesame Ginger Veggie Bowls hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetable mix based on your preferences. You can also add protein sources like tofu or tempeh for a more substantial meal.
