  • 1 Large Pot For boiling shrimp
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For preparing the salad

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Shrimp Cooked and peeled
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Hard-boiled eggs Sliced
  • 1 cup Avocado Cubed
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, and red onion.
  • Add the cooled shrimp to the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  • Serve the Shrimp Louie Salad immediately, garnished with additional lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For a healthier version, you can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
