  • 1 Non-stick skillet Oven-safe
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 8 large Eggs Beaten
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Cut into small pieces
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill Chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Finely chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté the red onion until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and pour in the egg mixture. Dot the surface with cream cheese pieces.
  • Sprinkle the chopped smoked salmon evenly over the top.
  • Cook on the stove for about 4-5 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with additional dill before serving.

Notes

You can customize your frittata by adding other ingredients like spinach or capers for an extra layer of flavor.
