Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sourdough starter Active
  • 2 1/2 cups Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, bread flour, salt, and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 4-6 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and oil a baking sheet. Transfer the dough to the sheet and shape it into a rectangle.
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Press dimples into the dough with your fingers.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the dough, ensuring it fills the dimples. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and sea salt.
  • Bake the focaccia for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the toppings with other herbs like thyme or oregano for added flavor.
