Equipment

  • 1 Large pot For cooking spaghetti
  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking seafood and sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Mixed seafood Shrimp, calamari, and clams
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add mixed seafood and cook until just cooked through.
  • In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  • Add drained spaghetti to the skillet, pour over egg mixture, and toss quickly to coat. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Season with salt and serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan and black pepper.

Notes

For an extra touch, add a splash of white wine to the seafood during cooking.
