Equipment

  • 1 Large pot For cooking the spaghetti
  • 1 Mixing bowl For mixing eggs and cheese
  • 1 Tongs For tossing the pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water, and return it to the pot.
  • Quickly add the egg and cheese mixture to the hot spaghetti, tossing with tongs to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed for a creamy consistency.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For added flavor, you can include sautéed garlic or pancetta. Adjust seasoning according to preference.
