  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Spatula For flipping the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce Adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter For frying
  • 4 slices Bread Toasted
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Crack eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your liking.
  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread sriracha sauce evenly on each slice of toast.
  • Place cooked eggs on two slices of toast.
  • Top the eggs with sliced avocado.
  • Cover with the remaining slices of toast to form sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy sandwich.

Notes

For added flavor, try adding a slice of cheese or fresh greens to the sandwich.
