Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Pork belly Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and a pinch of salt to make the marinade.
  • Add the pork belly slices to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill marinated pork belly slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice and garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang to suit your taste. Pair with lettuce leaves for a Korean BBQ experience.
