Equipment

  • 1 Grill pan For cooking the steak
  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices of bread preferably toasted
  • 200 g Steak Your choice of cut
  • 2 Eggs Fried
  • 1 Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 Onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter For toasting bread

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the grill pan and cook the steak to preferred doneness.
  • In the frying pan, cook the eggs sunny side up, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread slices with butter until golden brown.
  • Assemble the sandwich by layering lettuce, steak, tomato, onion, and fried egg on a slice of bread.
  • Top with the second slice of bread.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your steak and egg sandwich.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a slice of cheese or avocado slices.
