Equipment

  • 1 Wok For stir-frying the noodles
  • 1 Pot For boiling the noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Noodles Cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables Chopped (like bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil For seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and add beaten eggs. Scramble and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, and mix well.
  • Add scrambled eggs back into the wok and combine with the noodles.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Feel free to add your choice of protein such as chicken or tofu for extra flavor.
