Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Strawberries Fresh, hulled and sliced
  • 3 cups Rhubarb Fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter Cold, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  • Transfer the fruit mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, diced cold butter, and cinnamon.
  • Use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

Serve the Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect dessert.
