Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Strawberries Fresh, hulled and sliced
  • 4 cups Rhubarb Chopped into small pieces
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until the fruits break down and the mixture thickens (about 20-30 minutes).
  • Once the jam has thickened, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Pour the jam into sterilized jars, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Seal the jars tightly and let the jam cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy your homemade Strawberry Rhubarb Jam on toast, yogurt, or as a topping for desserts!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sugar content based on your preference for sweetness. You can also add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
