  • 1 Large skillet For cooking the shrimp
  • 1 Saucepan For preparing the sweet chili sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced ginger
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Cooked rice To serve
  • to taste Green onions Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Heat over medium heat until well combined.
  • In a large skillet, cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through.
  • Pour the sweet chili sauce over the cooked shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Divide cooked rice among bowls.
  • Top each bowl with sweet chili shrimp.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness and spiciness of the sweet chili sauce according to your preference.
